Come and discover this pretty flat located in the heart of the Penthièvre coast, a real pearl of Brittany, right in the middle of the Grand site de France "Cap d'Erquy - Cap Fréhel".
Come and enjoy an iodised holiday in this ultra-bright 63m² flat, located in the centre of the village of Sables-D'or-les-Pins. Enjoy the magnificent location, just a step from the water.

This sea-view flat, on the first floor of a residence with lift, offers you:
- An entrance hall with plenty of storage space (wardrobe, shelves);
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: induction hobs, fridge, electric oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster;
- A living room with sitting area and dining area with sea view;
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), comforter and pillows;
- Bathroom with bath and shower screen, washing machine;
- Separate WC.

WIFI included subject to 4G network coverage.

Une semaine agréable

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, avec une vue superbe sur la mer du séjour et d'une chambre. Par contre, la deuxième chambre est située juste au dessus des restaurants, ce qui occasionne des nuisances sonore et olfactive importantes!
