PS: THIS RENTAL IS AVAILABLE FOR FULL WEEKS with arrival on SATURDAY AND DEPARTURE ON SATURDAY MORNING.
For peaceful holidays with family or friends, come and discover this holiday apartment by the sea in Fréjus. Very festive throughout the summer season with its artisan markets every evening by the sea, and its splendid fireworks that light up the sky every Monday evening. The apartment has a 13 m2 terrace facing the sea, in a quiet and secure residence, solarium and large swimming pool in season. direct access to the sea with no street to cross.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, and private parking in the basement.

the prices are decreasing from the 3 rd week except July and August.

Points positifs : très belle vue, proche Port Fréjus et Fréjus on peut tout faire à pied, place de parking en sous-sol, logement bien équipé. Points négatifs : gros bémol manque une climatisation dans la chambre le ventilateur ne suffit pas, 2 paillotes en face sur la plage avec musique jusqu'à minuit voir 2h du matin, rond point en face le logement très fréquenté toute la journée des véhicules tournent autour à la recherche d'une place. En résumé nous avons passé un bon séjour en nous adaptant (couché tard). Cet appartement est plus adapté à ceux qui veulent passer la journée à la plage et faire la fête le soir qu'à ceux qui veulent se reposer.

A really nice and cozy apartment

Very nice small cozy apartment, the location is very good. The beach is only a few meters away. In the evening you are in a few minutes at the harbor of Frejuis with many possibilities to eat and drink. There is also a pool in the complex. The complex is also very well maintained. The landlord is easy to reach and very friendly. All in all a very nice stay in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Frühstück auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen

Die angenehme Überraschung für uns: man hat das Meer nicht nur gesehen, sondern von der Terrasse und vom Bett aus auch gut gehört! Der große, von den Nachbarwohnungen nicht einsehbare und windgeschützte Balkon ist perfekt: man hat morgens früh Sonne - die dann aber nachmittags wegwandert, so dass es im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Wenige Meter Fußweg zum Sandstrand (auch mit Krücken zu bewältigen!), der Ende März/Anfang April noch sehr leer war (14 °C Wassertemperatur), fast direkt am Hafen und dort mit jeder Menge Gastronomie und Läden - in die andere Richtung aber nahe an der Natur (was uns wichtiger war). Die Garage unter dem Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich - mit nicht zu großem Auto aber gut beherrschbar. In den zweiten Stock kann man Treppenlaufen oder den Fahrstuhl nehmen. Was haben wir vermisst? Eigentlich nur einen einfachen Wasserkocher für eine Tasse Tee zwischendurch. Sonst war alles da. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern (email-Erstkontakt und Gespräche am Anfang und Ende) war angenehm - wir sprachen französisch miteinander. Wenn es unsere Senioren-Gesundheit zulässt kommen wir wieder.

QUEL DOMMAGE...

Appartement idéalement situé entre Port Fréjus et la Zone Nature. Très belle terrasse avec vue imprenable. Accès direct à la plage. Dommage que l'appartement soit mal entretenu : baignoire bouchée, robinet évier cuisine descellé, porte placard poubelle dégondée, assise toilette instable, luminaires terrasse non fonctionnels, prises électriques descellées. A notre arrivée, clairement le ménage était plus que succinct. Avec les fêtards sur la plage, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. On n'a jamais cumulé autant d'avantages et de désavantages sur une location Abritel. Attention Hauteur Parking souterrain 1,80m.

Situation géographique parfaite....

Cela fait deux ans que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. Il est parfait avec une situation géographique idéale. Proche de la plage (pour ne pas dire sur la plage), et proche des animations de la ville (les plus courageux pourrons même aller jusqu'à St Raphael à pied en bordant la mer)...Cette année le propriétaire à rajouter un ventilateur (très bonne initiative).
