🔑 Self-check-in

Check-in and check-out are self-service via a secure key box located at our CapitalChic Conciergerie office, about 3 minutes from the accommodation.

💳 Security deposit

A security deposit of 300 euros in the form of a secured credit card authorization, as well as a valid ID, will be required prior to your arrival.

Article 1: **Definitions**
1.1 **Guest**: any person staying as part of a reservation.
1.2 **Host**: the owner or manager of the property hosting the guests.
1.3 **Accommodation**: space, lodging, or property made available for the stay.

Article 2: **Maximum Number of Guests**
2.1 The maximum number of guests permitted to stay on the premises is set at 4. This number includes adults, children, and infants.
2.2 No additional guests may be added beyond this number without the host’s prior consent.

Article 3: **Request for an Exception**
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or deny the request based on capacity, local regulations, and availability.

Article 4: **Respect for the Premises**
4.1 Guests agree to keep the premises clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: **Penalties for Noncompliance**
5.1 Failure to comply with limits on the number of guests or with the rules regarding respect for the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, fines, immediate eviction from the premises without refund, and/or legal action.

Article 6: **Amendments to the Rules**
6.1 The host reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon notification to guests.

Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules**
7.1 By making a reservation and staying on the premises, guests fully and unconditionally accept these rules.


Article 8: Security Deposit

8.1 Security Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all guests prior to their arrival at the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or violation of these rules during the stay.

8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €300 and must be paid to the host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date.

8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all terms of these rules have been complied with.

8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss, or violations, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld. The guest shall provide a detailed inventory report as well as supporting documentation for expenses incurred to repair damage, replace lost items, or cover additional costs resulting from non-compliance with these rules.

8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement regarding deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking any legal action.


These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All guests are asked to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay.


**Article 9: Commitment to Environmental Responsibility and Energy Management**

9.1 **Principles of Environmental Responsibility**: Travelers agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment.

9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to:
- Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20 °C in winter and 25 °C in summer.
- Turn off the heating/air conditioning when they are not in the room or when the windows are open.
- Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner.

9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and any other equipment when they are not in use.

9.4 **Penalties and Fines**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the excess consumption and the environmental damage observed.

9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide guests with all the information necessary for the environmentally responsible use of the facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors during their stay.
