"Very nice, quiet place"

"Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location relative to downtown. I had to call to get the access codes and had some trouble deciphering them after a long trip. (The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. "

We did not receive check in instructions by noon on day of check in. Message sent on VRBO went unanswered. After a few attempts of calling the number listed we were able to talk with someone who did send check in instructions to my email. Shower did not drain.
