“There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it!
First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did……
