"spa was very small, pool was cold for the winter time, service was very poor at the hotel but good at the restaurant. rooms were ok but the open area of the bar nearby was loud. there were big corporate groups when we were there so maybe that made it worst. all around very expensive for what we got. but well situated close to center and main roads."

"everything perfect only one thing if i can mention is that there is no enough coffe in the room - 2 coffees and 2 deca not really nice . and small milk / or powder option not available . "

"Excellent location, right in front of the lake. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. A couple of small points, however. Considering this is a four-star hotel and that there is a €14 per night fee for dogs, I expected a bit more attention to pets. The only item provided was a simple aluminum water bowl, which we had to request at reception. In other places we have stayed, hotels sometimes offer small extras such as a dog bed or treats, even without charging an additional fee. The breakfast also did not feel quite worth the €22 per guest."

"Cons: Rooms and beds are very small. Pricey for the size. Showers need refurb but are OK. Pros: Very nice staff. Great sitting/lounge area. Right in the downtown area for dining and shops. "

"Clean room although the duvet looked like it had been through a crushing machine or left in washing machine for a week. Due to the wrinkles but was clean."
