"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen...

"Le cadre est agréable et la vue vraiment magnifique. En revanche, l’état général du logement est très décevant : mobilier vétuste, agencement peu pratique et entretien insuffisant. Nous avons trouvé de nombreuses toiles d’araignées et, pour un service hôtelier, il est regrettable d’avoir dû faire le ménage nous-mêmes. Une fois le canapé-lit déplié, il devient difficile de circuler. À plus de 165 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant."

La chambre pour 2 personnes est bien trop petite, tellement que le tour de lit est difficilement praticable. La fenêtre s'ouvre bien mais elle prend la place du lit. "We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was stunning so close to the Lake. The spa facilities were such an additional bonus to our holiday. We loved the sun bathing area sauna steam room and jacuzzi. The gardens were a lovely area to enjoy a nice drink in the sunshine. Our room was amazing a luxury hotel in a fabulous location. A wonderful stay with very friendly staff. Awesome would love to return."
