L'Impérial Palace

"We had an excellent stay at L’Impérial Palace. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a spectacular setting on Lake Annecy. The rooms and public areas are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The reception team, bar staff, breakfast team, and valet parking staff were all professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service consistently exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the members of staff who were working from July 14 to July 18. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would be very happy to return."

"We stayed at the hotel one night before our TMB trek and two nights afterwards. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were numerous choices. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We rested very well at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to hike the TMB."

"An absolutely lovely hotel, really clean and smart and modern with very helpful staff. large car park, both above and underground with easy access to the hotel. Large gym, probably one of the largest I’ve been to in a hotel, with fantastic pool and spa area. Large bar and restaurant area with outdoor garden seating. Large rooms with large bathroom and great air conditioning. Quiet rooms with and we had a large balcony, but as it was at the back of the hotel no lake view. The hotel is across the road from the lake, with restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Annecy is within walking distance, it is a longer walk or a short taxi ride away, but nice to walk along the lake in the evening."
La Folie Douce Hôtel Chamonix

"Very clean rooms. Small bathrooms with toilet separate from shower & sink. NO A/C. Room was hot with temps in the high 80’s but windows open did help. A fan in the room would have helped. About 15 min uphill walk from downtown & train station. Good location for Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers, & Brevent."
Big Sky Hotel & Spa

"I quite enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 saunas, jacuzzi and pool at disposal to guests and were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be that the thermostat did not seem responsive, as it never reached the set temperature during my stay but it was kept a fine 22-degrees Celsius so it was fine, I just preferred a little cooler. Would stay again!"

"We stayed two nights. It is good location, easy parking and good breakfast. Rooms were clean but decorative pillows on bed looked like not clean it has hair on it so I reminded it from bed. It looks that they don’t clean it between every time room gets occupied."
