This has to be, without a single doubt, the cleanest and most modern Motel I’ve ever stayed at. The owners clearly care about their guests. The rooms are huge, almost like small suites and offer exceptional value for money. They’re clean and bright and super modern. WiFi worked well and the AC kept the room nice and cool. Ample free parking. I’d 100% recommend this property for a downtown stay in Fresno. Really excellent little place.

A real gemb in the downtown area. Clean. * Tip: Don't forget to pack your own toiletries. Whoever they order tbeir shampoo from, ripped the hotel off. They deserve a refund, as the packets are nearly empty or dried up. Besides that small thing, it was a great price and the value was beyond my expectations.

We stayed for one night, and overall, the hotel was a decent option for the price. The room was affordable and served its purpose for a short stay. However, the walls had some noticeable stains, and the pool could have been cleaner. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. Our AC unit was also slow to cool the room, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

Customer service was great. I thought the deposit fee was a little ridiculous though. The room however wasn't great. Sheets had what looked like cigaratte holes in them, A/C didn't work, fridge didn't work, cold water wasn't really working in the shower, faucett was broken just overall not a good room.
