“Other than the mixup with the lock code (they change it with every new guest), the visit went great. Mark responded right away with the new code. What would help is a book with instructions (I didn't know there was separate cans for recycling and trash). Not a big deal. Place was clean and amenities were decent. I would stay there again. Quiet and close to civilization without the noise.”

If we ever have to have something done on our house again that we have to leave for a few days I would love to stay in this little apartment again. It did have a swimming pool, but we did not use it. “We enjoyed our stay, the location was great not too far from the freeway but far enough away you were not in the “city”. The owners were very accommodating to us. They even had toys for my three year old to play with outside. The outdoor playground was great. The trailer was well kept, and ready for us when we arrived. It had a large cover on top to help it when it was sunny. We were happy to find this gem for our 4 night stay. I would book with them again if I return to this area.”

The open layout of the living/kitchen area was perfect for us to prepare meals, eat, or watch TV. The kitchen had all the appliances, etc. we needed. “Our Family came into Fresno for a very important Funeral. This location was not far from freeway, restaurants, stores or parks. There was no parking issues and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The Host was available with any and every question or concern and response time was swift. I would recommend this location to anyone with a large family like mine, Executive Business bar-b-que, Small intimate events, even a small wedding. I appreciate the experience, the……

“The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive.”
