「The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to...

「The room was very dirty, the floor as well. The ironing board cover was dirty. The only clean place was the bathroom and refrigerator. I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. It was the WORST STAY ever!!!!」

「I went to Clovis, CA, to see family and needed a larger 1-story home to accommodate them. Prior to booking this home, I contacted the owner, who promptly answered all of my questions. He and his team also answered my questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean, spacious home.
