The town house is located on the edge of the historic old town of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt, which is a gem in beautiful western Schleswig-Holstein with its history, the magical cityscape and its excellent infrastructure. The house consists of ground floor and first floor, this includes the large entrance hall, a large kitchen, which is equipped with induction, dishwasher, refrigerator and all dishes. The antique dining table, an old servant's table from Sweden, can accommodate up to 6-8 people. You will also particularly appreciate the "Salon", your approx. 45m2 living room, flooded with light all day, with books, games, another table, sofa corner and of course a large TV. Upstairs are the bedrooms, the master room with bed 180x200, armchair corner, TV, walk-in closet. The smaller room with bed 140x200 is ideal for 1-2 children or other family members. You will get your VIP parking space directly at the house. 1 minute from the house you are on the "Treene", the river that flows into the river "Eider". There you can swim, ride a pedal boat, do stand-up paddling, and look at the idyllic Friedrichstadt from the water.
