Fripp Trip 2022

Great home with lots of extras. Great location to everything & close proximity to beach even for walking. Our only regret was booking one week instead of two. Owners did a great job tastefully decorating & furnishing to make even the rain days enjoyable. New memories made for family.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room and the place was clean. Not far from the beach

This was a great experience! Big, clean, and beautiful house! A short walk to the beach and stuff we need to cook with is already there. Quick and helpful responses from the property manager. Would love to rent this place again!

Solace in Southern Carolina

When you hear about the coast of SC, Myrtle and Charleston come easiest to mind, but the islands and marshes further south offer a lesser known paradise on the East Coast. The Byrds Nest encapsulated the refined and amiable nature of the area. You could put the entire house as a feature in Southern Living as everything felt of the design and quality you only see in magazines. The resort/island was more private and potentially due for some uplift, but otherwise it was idyllically nestled in the surrounding nature with enough to do to keep you busy, well fed, and open to experience. A wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories through and through.

Perfect beach house!

The property was brand new and setup perfectly. Has everything you can need for the beach and being at the house. Would definitely return to this house!
