  • Located on Frisco's quiet oceanfront, Breakers is close to 4-wheel-drive beach access. The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, a carport, and super-easy ocean access. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry area. One bedroom is a master with a TV and DVD player. The second-story great room has a half bath, a tall cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of the beach. Breakers has an excellent kitchen boasting a long breakfast bar and a nearby dining area. Comfortable furniture and a TV will keep Frisco vacationers entertained and happy after dark. A wide, south-facing sun deck with furniture is Breakers's greatest attraction. If you want to see the beach close up, ask for Breakers!

    Things to know:
    You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.


    Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

Cozy, oceanfront home. First level is bedrooms and second level is living area/kitchen and the view. :-) Very well appointed kitchen. They even had all the things we needed to bake a birthday cake. We would definitely return.

Location, location, location

While this property isn’t brand new, it’s perfect for a family. Open area with amazing views and deck on top floor and bedrooms on the lower floor. I enjoyed my coffee in the morning and wine at night overlooking the ocean on their expansive deck.

Not fancy but a comfortable, traditional beach house with a great view.

The best thing about this house is the view. The deck is a perfect place for coffee in the morning and drinks and snacks in the afternoon, The kitchen was well-equipped, if not well-lit. We also loved the extra table, so we had one for dining and one for puzzling.

Great week in Frisco

This home was clean and comfortable. The layout was perfect for my family of 5 and the kitchen was well suited for cooking meals in while there. It reminded me of the quiet beach homes of my childhood. Nothing super fancy, but obviously well cared for and located in a great quiet neighborhood.

Six adults had plenty of room... bathrooms were adequate. Not too many stairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Linen and towels were a plus.
