「When it says “ Sea View” it means it . Clear view of the bay all the way to the Port of Felixstowe. Very close ( 100 metres) to the beach but on a quiet campus away from the noisy seaside “ attractions “. It is the old Sanitorium to the now closed Felixstowe College. As such the doors and corridors are wide and the rooms spacious. Each room has a door onto the private patio. The rest of the campus seems to be posh flats . We weren’t disturbed at all and the natives seemed friendly. Dad is 92...

「The cottage is well equipped and comfortable, having an en-suite shower in both bedrooms is a definite bonus!! The central heating is very efficient and our dog loved the garden outside the conservatory. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. Maggie is a very friendly host with a wealth of local knowledge.」
