"Great place to relax"

"Room was clean. A lot of maintenance and painting going on leading to some dirtiness in the hallways. Staff was pleasant but not always overly friendly. We had the Platinum package which included a butler that improved the experience. Very family friendly. Lots of kids at the water park. Lots of pools to go to. Food was also good. "

"Good amazing! Shantoy and Christopher exceptional! Rooms were okay- my building had a fencing that was broken and people were trying to climb fencing which scared us and our neighbors. Romantic dinner was delicious and beautiful. Overall good experience "

"The fact that this is a Jamaican owned property but prices were all in US dollars made us feel like Americans were more valued. The grounds are well kept, pool area was nice. Staff seemed happy enough. My husband could not get a coffe at the restaurant after breakfast was over. Having to give cards for towels at the beach was silly and if you lost the cards you have to pay $20 USD to replace the card was ridiculous. The rooms were very outdated and overpriced, beds are very hard. Honestly I would not stay here again. "
