「The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them.」

「Home was clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled/updated. The host was very responsive and when the oven wasn't working properly, they went to Lowes and purchased a new one immediately! Made our short trip much easier not having to eat out or find a last minute option for our kids/babysitter on Friday evening.
