“Seaside hotel provide a room without window, not to mention the sea view or pool view Far away from railway station, if go with luggage, it is a hard task & difficult to find the hotel Not close to the pier, need to walk up the slope”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. However, I am very fit and this may not be an option for everyone. The breakfast buffet was very good. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Nico's, which was excellent. It was my best……

“Nice lakeside view from the room. Close distance from nearby Faulensee pier for Thunersee cruise.”

“I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”
