“good”

“Lake side view is good. Breakfast is at the standard. Away from downtown so better with your own car. Depends if you need more convenience ”

“NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.”

“We did enjoy our stay. Everything was perfect: breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite, surroundings were beautiful.”

“The hotel was not clean at all, and unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. When we reported that $200 CAD was missing from my bag in our room, the reception staff did not take the situation seriously or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, we were told that “$200 is not a lot.” That response was completely unacceptable. It doesn’t matter whether the amount is $20 or $2,000, guests’ belongings and money should be safe in their rooms. No guest should have to worry……

“Excellent”

“The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place”

“Nice lakeside view from the room. Close distance from nearby Faulensee pier for Thunersee cruise.”

Merci !”

“Good location with amazing restaurant!”
