Beautiful apartment house "Neurauter", 3 storeys. In the district of Marienberg 800 m from the centre of Fügen, on the outskirts, 7.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 46 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 200 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 800 m, bus stop "Fügen Schloss" 850 m, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway, ski lift 800 m, ski bus stop 500 m.
"Neurauter", 2-room apartment 60 m2 on 3rd floor. Bright, tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Small balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Sehr familienfreundlich

Eine gepflegte und total gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Alpen. Ein toller Kinderspielplatz fussläufig in der Nähe und die Pisten sind auch schnell mit dem Auto oder Skibus erreichbar. Mit Kindern, die noch nicht Ski fahren können- kann ich das Rodeln auf der 5 km langen Piste am Spieljoch in Fügen empfehlen.
