Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, and workspace. For families, a high chair and crib are available. The apartment features step-free access and interiors, plus a private elevator for your comfort.
Step out onto the private balcony and covered terrace with mountain views, communal pool, and playground. The shared garden is perfect for relaxing. You’ll also find an outdoor shower and shared playground.
You have access to a communal parking space and shared bicycle storage. Pets are allowed (max. 1). Events are not permitted. A communal electric vehicle charging station is available.
