Great location. Really nice boutique hotel. Close to a main tourist street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is a Woolworths on that street for just about anything you might need. Self checkin was straight forward. Garden is great for an evening coffee.

駅から近くにあるため、フッセンの散策やノイシュバンシュタイン城に行く際に便利な立地です。旧市街沿いではないため、旧市街の騒がしさも気にならずにゆっくりすごせます。エレベーターや冷房はないため、気になる方は注意した方が良いかと思います。扇風機はありました。

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff came as soon as we needed them for checking in automatically. The family area was very cute and comfortable. The balconies with the view of the garden were amazing and very much appreciated. The only negative was the lift was not functioning and it would be a great amenity to have in place for those who have a difficult time with stairs.

A wonderful and charming hotel with a warm, atmospheric feel. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk to the old town and the main pedestrian area. It’s the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the local vibe without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Jennifer, our host was amazing helpful. We didn’t have an option to come near check in time as we had to catch the only train going to Fussen from Munich early in the morning. Jennifer helped store our luggage and checked us in an hour earlier than normal check in time. She also went out of her way to hand deliver the Fussen Passes the next morning since those were overlooked during check in time. The room and hotel were tastefully decorated and very clean, so clean that I didn’t even feel the need to sanitize all of the room surfaces which I have done since COVID in every hotel room we’ve ever rented. We knew that they did not have laundering facilities, but It would be so helpful if they looked into installing a washer/dryer on site for future customers. They did have an iron downstairs but it was available during times that we had activities booked so we were unable to use it. The staff were super friendly, hard working and available during limited hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in a larger room next time. It was close to attractions and train and bus stations. Thanks Villa Fantasia staff, especially, Jennifer!
