"All the outdoor furniture (table and benches) on the terrace (including the wood deck) were completely covered in yellowish dusty pollen and had to be cleaned in order to be used. We sat down unknowingly and our clothes got really dirty from all the pollen. The rubber outdoor sandals were only one size and too small. I’m a womens US size 9 or 39 European size. I had enormous trouble signing into my YouTube account on the tv, which wasn’t the case last time I stayed at a different Rakuten stay...

"The bedding provided was clean. The shower room was as small as a telephone booth, but it was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, but unfortunately the sponges were unsanitary. It would have been nice to have a home-use rice cooker. The atmosphere in the room was relaxing. Thank you."

"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。 押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。 掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"
