Great hotel! Met all of our needs for a one night stay. Room was a bit small, but too be expected. I did find the furniture wrapping in the lobby a little funny and unnecessary. Otherwise, great experience. I'd stay here again.

Excellent Customer Service; Clean; Convenient!

I actually extended this stay by one day. I arrived after 21:00. The staff were exceptional. They combined my two reservations so that my stay was seamless (I would not have to change rooms). I'm looking forward to exploring the city a bit before I leave for Korea.

お部屋は清潔で、スタッフの方々はとてもフレンドリーで、良い対応をしていただきました。残念だったのは外を見る事ができる窓が汚れていた事と朝食がブレッドバイキングだった事です。パンの種類は少なくて良いから、卵くらいあると良いなーと思いました。

素泊まりする分には何も言い分がないくらい立地も良い。スタッフの対応も問題ない。ただ気になったのは洗面所の換気扇にホコリがたまっていた。他にもあったかもしれないがそこだけ気になって他を見ないようにした。子どもが一緒なだけに少し敏感すぎるところがあるかもしれないが、それがなければ100点。
