“This was a great stay! The unit was clean, great location and the host was great!”

“For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap……

“First of all, I couldn't even stay at the apartment. The host couldn't even get back to me, the number they had put to call if any questions, it wasn't even there right phone number. I feel embarrassed to say but I spent my money for an apartment that I couldn't even sleep in. I can't even get my money back.”

“He took my money never texted back I never hosted with him he a liar I will keep your money and stop texting. You never gave checking details or nothing I was left stranded in Houston because of him I don’t recommend booking with him at all. He’s not worth losing your money behind his house, not even clean it looks cheap anyway.”

“Location is great. Property and parking are secure. Restaurants and entertainment outside front door. Grocery store was close by for when we cooked and ate in. Being able to do laundry while watching tv and relaxing was a plus. This was our second time staying here and we would do it again. The property manager is extremely prompt, helpful and easy to work with.”

“This property is happening is not a legitimate rental someone lives in this property and it's not the people that are advertising it do not rent this property it is a scam”
