“Secure building, friendly staff, multiple door entrance side door closes at 9pm reopens in the morning allowing everyone to use front door entrance only late at night which adds to the security. Property sits beside an ice cream store, corner store and liquor store. Restaurants and walking distance also able to Uber eats.. beautiful view from the screened in balcony with seating. Excellent for your morning cup of tea or just to read a book or catch vibes and not be bothered by bugs or onlookers.……

“Good location with reasonable walking distance to the Olympic Park area, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, etc. Condo was pretty clean when we checked in. Area and building are dated, but condo itself was small and decent with a good view. Bathroom is very small and we had some issues with the shower, were really unable to use it all. Have reached out to owner who will hopefully fix it for the next guests. AC unit was in only one of the bedrooms. My room was ok, but in the summer that……

“The apartment I stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal for my needs, very close to the GSU dorms. The included parking was another plus for me. The building itself is starting to show its age but the apartment has been recently renovated and was very nice.”

“Great location if you’re going to State Farm arena as we were able to walk there in under 20 min. The apartment could have been cleaner. It smelled bad in the room and the hallways. Very out dated and the plug in the bathroom did not work. However, if you don’t mind these things, not a bad stay for only one night.”

“At check-in the front desk was unaware of our reservations. Condo was not well stocked including only 1 fork, no extra blankets, and no hand towels. The stove and dishwasher both had error codes which made them unuseable. The refridge leaked. ”

“Owner did not provide link for access to unit so checkin process took a phone call. Also had to call for WiFi password, one provided did not work. There were holes in guest bedroom comforter and guest bath washcloth was dirty. At night the parking lot next door became a party around 2am. Parking lot full cars and people playing music yelling and fighting til 7am Friday and Saturday night. It was horrible and unsafe. I would not stay here.”
