"This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "

"Giuseppe and his little bed and breakfast was a breath of fresh air! I recommend staying in a little town near the “main 3” Lake Como cities. Lierna was a perfect place to stay. "Our stay was for 3 solo motorcycle riders. We arrived (1hr late!) during a thunder storm - soaking wet and misrrable. On arrival, the owner was there to point us to the underground car park. Perfect for unloading a bike in the rain. There's even a shortcut to the hotel. The rooms were small but had everything you need for an o ernight stay. "The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R. We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost). Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available. Holiday of a lifetime! "
