「We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend.」

Alessio and his staff are wonderful and so accomodating, we appreciated the helpful suggestions for navigating the area and the best sights to see. 「The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. You could hear chairs being scraped across tiles and other rooms using their toilets. Therefore I don’t think the rooms are greatly soundproofed. In spite of...

「The room was so clean and the view was amazing. The location was so central to the town it felt very special. Even more so by the lovely staff, from the moment we arrived at the front desk to checking out. They even had folded and returned our forgotten item. They held our luggage post checkout while we spent the day exploring the rest of the island. I’ve never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a hotel such as this. I will always remember this and wish to return again! 」
