“We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). That was really nice, as she was able to make restaurant reservations for us in old Rende our first night there! The house is really spectacular and modern with a beautiful kitchen. “Piccola casetta con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimo il terrazzo con doccia esterna, molta privacy. Arredo, frigorifero, dotazioni in cucina e cancello un po da rivedere.”

“Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort mitten im historischem Zentrum. Sie ist nur über diverse Treppen mit ungleichen Stufen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelprojekt, so dass man -wenn man möchte- auch auf dem "Dorfplatz" bzw. dort in einem Restaurant frühstücken und zu Abend essen (es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Menu) kann. Im Übrigen gibt es nur ein weiteres Restaurant, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, jedoch jetzt im Oktober 2021 auch nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet……

“Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno in questa perla sospesa tra mare e cielo. Belmonte Calabro, un paesino al di sopra ogni aspettativa; ecobelmonte, una scoperta per trascorrere giorni di vacanza unici e senza tempo. Colori, vicoli, scorci, profumi, panorami... che non ti lasciano mai riposare gli occhi e la voglia di scoprire cose nuove. ....E un tramonto pazzesco!! Gabriella e Giancarlo (e la loro figlia Luciana) che hanno reso questo progetto davvero un pezzo unico, inimitabile, dove il loro……

“The house was as expected. The check in was challenging due to the late arrival. Definitely recommend checking in during daylight. If you check in on Sunday, have Rosanna do some shopping for the necessity.”

“Meraviglioso il mare e la casa. Abbastanza noioso e difficoltosa la strada da casa al mare. 10 minuti di curve in auto. Luogo tranquillo e poco turistico.”

“Very warm welcome including homemade pie and a fridge with everything and more than you need on arrival . House very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location . Only problem for us was we couldn’t get internet which wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t have to plan our journey but overall very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend . “The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.”
