「Overall our stay was very good. This place is geared more for fishermen, nothing for kids to do here unless they like to fish. It is within a mile from a boat ramp and about 1/4 mile from a local store and restaurant. I do have to say that our host Danielle was very helpful in setting everything up and answering all my questions in a timely manner. I give her 10 out of 10 stars.Now I have to nit-pick to the owner so I hope he sees this..... 1st... Repair or replace the ice maker in the pavilion,...

「Clean property. It is rural & perfect for fishermen. Good area to park boat that is covered, charge batteries. Very close to Guntersville State Park for boat launch.Not much dining around. Need to go into the town of Guntersville, 20 minutes away. Not a big deal. The host was quite responsive」

「We had a good time. The cabins are on a VERY busy road. It’s super cute. I didn’t see anyone catch a fish the two days we were there. Also it lists a hot tub… it doesn’t have one. They have really good onsite activities for kids. Beds were not the best but we did go offsite and rent a pontoon. The host sent us an email and offered a pontoon for 50.00 a day.
