We are Route 6 Campground. We are located in Gaines, just off of U.S. 6. Surrounded by woodland and state parks, this setting is peaceful and is located 17 miles from Wellsboro. There are lots of activities to explore in the state parks surrounding T

The camper rental is 32' long.
The camper has 1 Full size bed and 1 pull out sofa.
It sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.
The camper also has a living area with several couches, tv (needs hotspot connection) and fireplace.
The things included in the full kitchen are a microwave, a stovetop, a very small oven, and a full fridge. It also includes a coffee maker, toaster, pot and frying pan, and utensils.
It has Heat/AC.
There is a full bath inside the camper.
We provide bedding on the queen-size bed and a sheet for the pull out bed.
The camper has its own picnic table and fire ring.
The camper is NON SMOKING.
NO PETS ALLOWED.At our newly established campground, modern amenities, spacious RV sites, and a serene atmosphere combine to offer an exceptional camping experience. Discover the natural beauty of our surroundings and enjoy the comfort of our well-maintained facilities.

-Check in time is any time after 3 pm, early check in fee is $15 per hour.
-Check out time is 12 noon for cabins ($15 late checkout fee Per hour. You will be charged for 50% of one night if you check out later then 2 pm)
-Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. -NO SMOKING in the cabins or any buildings owned by the campground.

Rental is next to office, which manager must live, 2 boxer dogs left outside the whole weekend. Everytime one of us came/left dogs barked. Older dog has open wounds on both ears. Listing says a pullout sofa bed? Where's the mattress? Bathroom/shower facilities are dilapidated.

We stayed here before and had a great time even though it rained every day. The campground owner/manager was super friendly without intruding on our stay. Enjoyed stories by camp fire with him. We WILL rent this camper again! Worth every penny!
