The front staff was so nice and helpful. Fast efficient check-in. We were there for the UT/UF football game and the girls at the front desk said if we couldn't find a parking spot around the hotel to come back in and they would help us figure something out. We found a parking spot. The room was nice and very clean. Housekeeping stopped by and even though we didn't need the room cleaned on Saturday gave us extra towels and toilet paper. The hotel was super convenient and close to campus and the stadium. All in all a great property and a great stay.

The front desk person who worked that night was still sweet professional and very kind even at 1am when I checked in “Anitra” sorry if I spelled wrong. We needed a quick stop for an overnight stay in Gainesville. We would have had no issues staying longer. Clean room and bath, small fridge, coffee and room to relax after a 16 hour car ride. Five Stars all around and the restaurant attached had outstanding food and service as well.

The staff is very attentive, caring and professional, especially Mr. Danley and Mrs. Amarys at the reception, and the lady who served us in the restaurant for breakfast. They regularly checked on our needs and offered help. Even though the hotel is in a construction process, everything is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in the Gainesville area.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They reached out by text and were great at communicating about any needs. The room was super clean. The hallways smelled a bit weird and the elevator was creaking a lot.
