We stayed three nights for a wedding and the staff is great. They are accommodating and it is family owned. The place itself is difficult to find due to the construction. This is not a luxurious hotel, it is a motel with the basic things you need. It's clean and the AC blows well. You do not get all the bells and whistles and in our room the blow dryer didn't work...almost a tragedy for me but I made due. For the price it does the job. If you want really new updated rooms then this is not the place for you, but if you need a clean cold room to rest your weary head I give it two thumbs up.

Hidden gem and great for traveling families, truckers, and those who are road weary. Great green areas for pets and wonderful owners and management. They should be fully booked given the kitchenette, spacious rooms, picnic table, nature view and quiet. Better than some places that are double the price in Denton, Sanger and Grapevine. You won't regret it!

The room was horrendous. The toilet seat was falling half way off, white paint patches all over the wall, very very VERY mediocre “continental breakfast”. They had 4 cheap mini cinnamon rolls, 4 mini blueberry muffins, coco puffs which has a couple puffs in. Left in the container, and some other cereal along with 4 pieces of white bread you can toast. On top of all that, I have 2 separate videos of sooooooo many pincher beetles in our room. I woke up with a bunch of swollen itchy patches all over my skin. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND

Just to let you know, the exit to go to the hotel is under construction, we got lost and finally found a loop to get there. The bathroom was dirty, the commode was not clean at the back where the lid fits to the bowl and the tub looked like they tried to fix it but it was bumpy looking and looked dirty as well. I have to say, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included wasn't ready and, in their defense, she said she would put it out and I declined

Well first of all didn't expect all the construction. The floor was dirty, the bath tub was missing a knob and one of the other knobs was in the tub not on the faucet itself. The ceilings had stains on them and in the shower the ceiling was peeling . The plug for the hair dryer was burned so it didn't work. I don't think they should charge for pets giving the condition of the place. We got a non-smoking room and there were burn marks all over floor. Enough said.
