Beautifully remodeled (2019/updated 2021!) condo 1 mile from the UF Campus and Shands Hospital Complex. Just off South 441 (13th St), nestled beside Bivens Arm and close to Sweetwater Nature Reserve with its attractive wildlife, this apartment has a beautiful walking loop, generous parking, and all modern conveniences. On 13th St can be found many popular restaurants, hotels, gyms, a regular bus service, and stores including Dollar General and CVS. The area is home to many students and located just opposite the Gainesville Sun.

Drive:
5 min to UF & Shands Hospital, 10 min to Ben Hill Griffin stadium, 15 min to airport. Lots of free parking.
