Terrible…lots of lively roaches and scam charges

Would have put a negative star if possible. Tried to charge us for fake charges after stat and we had to kill a lot of roaches and were quick movers.Neighborhood was very sketchy and surprised my car didn’t get robbed.Would never stay again and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Nice place to be near family in the hospital

We stayed here while a family member was in the hospital across the street for surgery. We stayed two weeks and it was very comfortable and the location is perfect. The owner was quick to respond to concerns we had. We did have small kids and were there two weeks, and they made some typical little kid messes, which we were charged extra for, despite leaving the apartment in great shape otherwise. So be sure that if you come with kids, you keep them on a tight leash. Also, be aware of the mirrored doors in the hall, as they fall off the track easily, and be ready to reset the TV a lot, as it gave a constant error message about not being able to update.

Shands Hospital Visit

This property fit perfectly with our visit to our granddaughter at Shands Children’s Hospital. It was within a couple of minute drive or even a short walk. The property hosts were awesome with detailed instructions for check in and check out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We hope it’s available again for our next visit. Short stay while at Shands

This apartment was arranged by friends while we were staying at Shands for our daughter. The location is perfect for access to the campus and hospital. The apartment was comfortable and a good place to come back to after sitting in the room for most of the day. The spacious room was plenty for the 2 of us. The amenities were plentiful with a full size fridge, washer/dryer, and other little items around for the forgetful traveler. Two only things that weren’t the best. There is a kid that lives upstairs, part of staying in a complex. Was not a major issue, but noticeable. The second is the tile in the bathroom was a little slick based on its finish. Rating of 4 of 5 with great communication with the owner for extending the reservation quickly for the remaining stay at the hospital. Easy to work with and even encouraged us on check out with good thoughts in our situation.

Simple, Clean and Convenient!

Angel was a clear and effective communicator, which made the process easy! The condo was conveniently located near the campus and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo itself was very clean, but the property/ pool area is a bit rundown and dated. Because we were out and and about each day, this wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Gainesville area.

We stayed here because our son has doctors at Shands, but this apartment would be great for those coming for football, vacation or family. Enough room for a family of four or two couples. This was our second stay- looking forward to booking this one again!

Very disappointing. Will not stay here again. The exterior of the building it terrible and so are the garden beds and exterior hallways. Interior is dark grey and dingy and couch is a dingy beige, not white and bright like the picture. There were dirty, greasy baking trays, boiler pan, and cast iron pan in the oven that we had to move to use the oven. You have to roll the washing machine out of the closet and into the center of the kitchen and connect it to the sink to do laundry. And the dryer is in one of bedrooms, you have to sit on the floor to read the settings.

Dissaponting stay

The building was in terrible shape, dirty, unkempt. The room looked as it did in the photos, but I was embarrased to invite my granddaughter over because the outside was so dirty. They tried to give you amenities inside, but I would not recommend it to someone wanting a nice relaxing, luxury spot. Then they charged me $200 for a parking decal. My fault, but definately not worth what I paid for. I would have rather stayed in a hotel.

Gainesville 2 bedroom apartment

Very clean and homey. Nice 2 bed/1 bath apartment close to the campus and Shands. Quiet complex. Would like to stay here again!
