“nice cozy place . has everything you may need”

“The cabin is an ideal retreat for two with a stunning view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee with breakfast in the morning, snacking a quick bite outdoors for lunch, and grilling steaks on the deck with a Bud for him and a glass of wine for me at dinner. Fishermen in their boats drifting by, water birds and eagles soared above the river, and song birds twittered in the trees. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. One night we watched a storm roll in from over the mountains……

“This is a great place for a group. This is the second time our family has stayed here for a trout fishing weekend. The guides pick us up at the riverside at the back of the house - great location! The house is clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoy this place.”

Close proximity to so many activities and plenty of activities to do at or a short kayak ride. Thank you for allowing us to stay.”

“This was an adorable small cabin with LOTS of outlets. The owners thought of EVERYTHING!! The country setting was very nice, the lot was very neat, the cabin very clean, and even though we didn’t take advantage of some of the amenities, there were a lot! Would love to stay here again!!”

It had the amenities we were looking for like being close to the lake and having a hot tub; but it turned out to be so much more than we expected! Everything about the house was beautiful we loved it so much! We used the hot tub most nights and sat on the side of the pool during the really hot days. “We absolutely loved the quaint cabin 1, the amazing view, the intament setting of the the resort, and the amenities. We used the dock for fishing for nearly 8 hours with complete privacy. No one bothered us and no one was loud or obnoxious. One of the most relaxing vacations I've been in in some time. Additionally, the cabin was clean and comfortable, with all the supplies we needed to stay comfortably”

“We completely enjoyed our stay! For me this was a lifelong dream come true. Always wanted to fish this river. Walters place is perfect for that and more. A private dock and boat rental. Highly recommend renting a boat. Super happy with everything. Definitely will return!”

“Good cabin. Expected it to be slightly more removed from other people, and it ended up being in a large plot sub-division type place. No fault of the listing, just the nature of it. Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably.”

“Locating this property is a bit of an adventure. Listing indicated that GPS might not work, and boy was that correct. I would suggest that you beef up the directions a bit to overcome that. Instructions for the security system were accurate, but we had trouble finding control and the alarm went off before we could get to it. The lock on the gate didn't work properly. Patio furniture was very dirty and we had to clean that to spend time out there. Several of the sinks didn't drain properly. But,……

“This property is very well kept and in a safe area which is also located close to restaurants and stores. Staff is very friendly too”

“I was there during the off-season, everything was on point! Breafast was a little dull... but did find somthing to snack on, and coffee was good.”
