"Spacious, clean, well equipped for cooking ( simple meals ) no microwave. Free Netflix, No balcony. A/C is good, nice TV, nice fridge, good water pressure, full mirror, fan, hair dryer, nice closet. nice warm pool, small gym is ok. 1/2 court basketball, 7/11 very close, Robinsons about 1/4 miles. Condo rooftop need chairs or benches, otherwise very nice. Never met the host but seemed very helpful. The building is still under construction. When they were drilling into concrete in the stairwell the whole building seems to reverberate. It was pretty annoying at times LOL I stayed for 30 days. I would definitely stay here again, it's a great place ! "

"Room is clean and spacious but need more attention on the little things like clean beddings (might use fabric softener during washing the beds, clean fridge and decent plates, cups and utensils. Otherwise all good. Also CCTV inside the room was quiet awkward."

"An oasis in a very busy and run down area. The garden and pool are nice, the rooms basic but spacious. Nice to have a little porch facing the garden. Restaurant is good."
