REMODELED: Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with a view of the 10th hole of the South Golf Course. Enjoy nature or catch some sun while lounging on the back deck. This townhome has been updated to feel like a cozy cabin getaway with modern comforts, including FAST WIFI! Additionally, we provide four amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball and pickle ball courts, boating tennis courts, Game Room, free WIFI, etc.

The Galena Territories offer many activities to choose from, including horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, shopping, skiing, and more. This home has a King bed on the main level and 2 extra-long twins on the upper level. Two full bathrooms. Sleeps 4. Max. Occupancy 4.

WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS ONLY FOR USE IN MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, AND JANUARY. Logs are not provided but can be purchased at the General Store, Casey's, and Wal-Mart.

Stayed while visiting Galena. Beautiful and quiet location about 15 minutes from the bustling downtown. Clean and comfy. We did not use the amenities of the Territory but there were plenty!

Great girls weekend getaway!

Excellent place for a weekend stay! Brian was very responsive with communicating and everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views of the golf course off the deck and great places around the area for walking. Very close to everything downtown Galena. Wonderful place and will definitely consider it again.

Quiet getaway

Nice corner unit for us and our pup Ernie to stay in for a long weekend. Brian was super helpful getting us inside when we locked ourselves out. Gave great restaurant recommendations. Don't sleep on Otto's, went there for breakfast both mornings. Cucina Bella was delicious and the chocolate mousse was incredible. Fried Green Tomatoes was a nice way to end the trip. Next time need to bring our clubs... Lots of golf courses around. Would totally come back to enjoy the peace and quiet on the deck.

Amazing location - 10 min to Galena, tons of nearby trails

Giving 4 stars due to boxelder infestation. We filled a vacuum with all the bugs we sucked up in the house. Once that problem is addressed, the rest of the visit was great. Tons of trails in the Galena Territory and not far from the downtown. Fall is an amazing time to visit the area with the trees changing. Tons of shopping and food options in Galena. Parking is painful downtown.

Perfect New Year’s Getaway

My husband and two daughters had a fun weekend in galena. The house was perfect for our group. Clean, recently remodeled, cute and cozy. Brian the host responded in minutes every time. Only 15 minute drive to galena. We loved driving thru eagle ridge. Picturesque in the snow. Goat yoga was a highlight. The magic show and shopping also terrific. We ate at Embe, Fritz and frites, and green tavern in the Dorset hotel. Thumbs up for all. We’re looking forward to a summer visit.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was just the two of us and our dog and it worked out great. Would be a fun place for 2 couples or a family of 4 too. The host was easy to communicate with and I should have asked about recommendation for dog friendly restaurants in town.

Comfortable, spotless townhouse with fairway view

My husband and our 2 poodles spent a week at the townhouse. The layout was perfect for us, and I appreciated the upstairs desk as I was working for part of the time. The house was very clean, even the oven which I often find issues with in other places. The only thing is that we spent a whole week there, and the house was set up for a weekend. Kitchen utensils and necessities were very limited, only 1 kitchen towel provided, no oven tray, etc. There is a great washer and drier but no detergent for doing a couple of loads. That was a little annoying, but nothing that a trip to Walmart could not fix. Maybe for future stays, the length of stay could be taken into account.Anyway, master bed was also comfortable and shower was a delight with good temperature and pressure.We would definitely return.

Galena Getaway

Our stay was great in Galena once again. It was our first time staying at this property and everything was fantastic. Brian was very responsive to all requests/questions. Property has a beautiful view of the 10th green on the south golf course. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a great and relaxing trip to Galena.

Weekend getaway

Loved this property! We wanted something in the territories and loved that it was clean and modernized! Only a 10 minute drive from main st Galena, access to the owners club, and we enjoyed the view of the golf course. It was a nice surprise to find the deck had a gate so we felt comfortable hanging outside with our pup. Owner was super easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Immaculate unit with everything we needed

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The townhome was modern, spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The location was beautiful, right on the golf course, and the area was very tranquil. Communication with the host was easy and he always responded quickly. We can't think of anything that needs to be improved! We can't wait to return.

Great condo in serene surroundings

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and bright condo in very serene setting overlooking golf course. Condo was very clean and as exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the quiet mornings on the deck and the local wildlife. Close to downtown Galena and Dubuque. The owner, Brian was responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend!

What a perfect condo for us! The outdoor themed decor was warm and inviting--a big hit with my hunting hubby. The entire unit was clean and very comfortable. It's only a few minutes drive into Galena for all it has to offer too. The master bedroom is very comfortable and soft. Great water pressure in shower too! Will definitely book this for our next visit to the area. Thanks for the great stay.
