「Very clean and pleasant stay」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was dirty, there was food left in the microwave, someone else's underwear was hanging behind the bathroom door, the room smelled bad, the door was coming off the hinge, the bed appeared dirty, and the towels were dirty as well. When I complained, the front desk employee tried to tell me that because l checked in around 8 PM, I couldn't complain about the room. I requested a refund and told them I wanted to leave.
