This is a fine hotel for a stay inside the old city. The distance from the closest overnight parking lot to the hotel is a little difficult to navigate if you are dragging luggage across the cobbles. You can walk the entire island without difficulty.

Hotel was very helpful with recommendations on places to see and places to eat not only in gallipoli but tricase porto, otranto, and galetina. Also made reservations for us. They were particularly helpful wither parking lot, which is 850 meters from hotel. They had us call ten minutes before arriving in gallipoli and jetty was waiting for us at garage to pick up luggage and take us into old town-no cars. Also fast service to get us to car for drives around area and pickups. We should have stayed 1 or 2 more nights because located nicely in old town near lots of activities.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo. Beautiful themed rooms, rooftop bar, and access to their sister hotel’s pool which was stunning. Staff were attentive and great communication. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant

Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside.

We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff.

The room is as very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome. Outside our door was a palazzo. We were right in old town. If you drive, call ahead to get the address of the parking lot as it’s only 2 euros a day.

To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.

We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.

Hotel changed date w.out consent and charged fully

I did book a stay in the hotel 4 months prior arrival. One week before I was informed that they have cancelled my reservation and replace with new dates (w.out my consent). So I had to book another hotel on short notice and higher cost. To make the thing worse the hotel still charged me for the room. So I can only warn you about this hotel as you might find yourself paying for a room you did not book!
