Equipped with two air conditioners, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine. It features an air-conditioned bedroom and a sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental cost; they can be booked in advance for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed.

Self-managed breakfast service available upon request/reservation (everything you need for a perfect breakfast directly in your holiday home!) at a daily cost per person.

Check-in time: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated hours, upon request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:

For check-ins between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM: €30.00 extra

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM: €50.00 extra

For check-ins from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM: €100.00 extra

For early check-outs, upon request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM: €30.00 extra
