“Hotel was under construction but the staff was great and location was perfect ”

“When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“The stay was amazing! the afternoon and evening staff are friendly except the morning crew. their very quick and rude about getting you out during checkout time, not even a comment like "have a good day" but other than that it's great.”
