「TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by...

「Personnel très agréable et serviable, nous avions réservés une chambre triple, très lumineuse et propre. Ptit déj simple mais correct. Le grand plus a été d'avoir une place de parking privé pas trop loin de l'hotêl.」

「It's spacious. But every single thing costs. Unlike the cosy atmosphere of hostels, this is more like a hotel pretending to be a hostel. But it's okay. You've got what you've paid for. Only thing I am not that happy about is that the luggage storage costs quite a lot. The location is good as for the views. But a bit remote. I got robbed at Requet metro station in early morning. It's not the problem of the hostel but you have to be careful when the station is less popular.」

「Accidentally put a check out for a day earlier and instead of calling me to ask about checking out they threw all my stuff into a bag mixed with other peoples things and also lost a pair of beats headphones in the process, room was extremely hot and the fan didn’t work, the water temperature was through the roof and was making the shower experience unbearable, not good at all」
