With a bright and beachy interior, this condo is aglow with sunlight thanks to a wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that open out to the furnished balcony. The open-concept full kitchen includes modern, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter seating, while meals or family games can be enjoyed together at the adjacent table and chairs. After exciting days out, come home and relax in the living area where you can sink into the sectional, watch TV, or just admire the jaw-dropping view.

Things to Know

Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to HOA regulations, all guests (even infants) count towards occupancy regardless of age.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
