Vacasa Management Less Than Helpful

I will not book homes managed by Vacasa again. An important personal item was left behind. It was communicated within hours and reported. No response or help back for 2 days. Even though emails indicate that they understand things are left behind and they are happy to return items for a fee….it is the far cry from the “you signed a rental agreement saying we are responsible for lost items”. We didn’t lose it. It was left behind and reported quickly. There is no way it could be “lost”. Very disappointed. If you are the homeowner, you may want to take more of a role. The management company did not clean the home very well upon our arrival. Also, the back door doesn’t close well unless you push hard until it clicks (which we did), but we arrived at home to find it ajar. FYI.
