Milam family vacation

The pictures of the house on the webdite do not reflect the reality of the house. There was completely different furniture, a king size bed was totally missing so 2 people had to sleep on the floor. The floor had nails sticking up and duct tape all over the house to hold the floor down. The house sways as if the foundation is not stable. There was broken concrete on the driveway that caused my granddaughter to fall and twist her knee. The “screened in” porch had no screens on it.

This was a complete let down of a home. The pictures are not what you get. Floor is coming up in severalPlaces and duct tape used in places to “hold down” flooring. Carpet in bathroom and no shower curtain for bathtub. Mold in room. Peeling paint in home. Air conditioner would go up to 80 degrees in the night and would wake up sweating. Door did not lock. Water pooped through vent in downstairs bathroom. Tried to reach someone and no one would call back.
