“The host failed to communicate with me; I tried often but he kept saying to wait but would only communicate during office hours and spoke very little English. He failed to communicate with me several times prior to my arrival date, and I was forced to book a hotel at great expense to me. I already paid him so I ended up paying double for the room. He kept telling me I could come in anytime, but I had not been able to reach him before I was forced to get out of my earlier apartment and so I had……

“Very historic venue, with amazing views”

“Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. ”
