"We had one of the rooms on the beach, which was the most amazing location. 30 metres from the waters edge, so to go to sleep to the sound of Atlantic waves was amazing. Comfy bed, we slept 8-10 hours per night. Also had a pool, shared with our neighbours. Food was ok, the Strip was a 15 minute walk away. Did a one say Safari to Senegal which was AMAZING."
"Everything about the apartments was excellent apart from a problem with the Wi-Fi and this was remedied swiftly by the staff who supplied a brand new router for us. I would happily stay there many times it is a lovely place with lovely staff "
"Location is great, couple of pools and small private beach.
Standard rooms are terrible, don’t even think about booking one.
The amenities look OK but it’s inconsistent operating hours let it down. There is a bar on the beach that doesn’t open at sunset, arguably the busiest time.
Reception and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful, others not so much. Be aware that general public and other “guests “ can buy passes for pool/beach."
"The property is conveniently located, within the rapidly renovating Senegambia Area, safe by all means. It’s surrounded by plenty of diverse cuisine, bakeries and international restaurants and sports bars, near the Kololi beach and by sea-front apartment buildings. This was the third time I stayed at Sarge’s Hotel and can’t wait to come back one more time. All friendly staff and management never had complaints with. On the downside, the hotel can try to do better with the available meals options, tours and amenities for its guests"
