「Nice hotel. Very good customer care. Breakfast was OK. Some omelet and bacon.. Coffee machine and also 2 juices of choice.」

「Pool was great and eating outside in the restaurant」

「You think the staff is nice and they seem to mean well. Yet, when your AC is out, WiFi doesn’t work, and then as they’re fixing it while you’re out, you get locked out. I think it’s more incompetence for a place that charges nearly $200 a night for a big room. Then, the folks at Expedia try to reach them by phone or email to claw back a refund and the hotel doesn’t seem to respond. Honestly, Expedia should delist this hotel. I was not going to write this bad review and when I heard...

「Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes, grosses Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück.
