“We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were given a room that was on the first floor with a door out to the sun deck. We were quite tired and thought a nap would be good but no hope as we had the constant noise of the extractor fan from the kitchen going up the wall outside, even if we shut all the windows we heard it. I went back to reception and said we weren’t happy with the noise, we were offered another room but that opened onto the busy sitting area that people were having drinks at so……

“What a fantastic stay in Plettenberg Bay area. You should have seen my wife's smile when she saw the Garden View Deluxe Suite. The room was stunning! It was quiet. Very clean. Turn down service was very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections on the buffet or off the menu that was included. The staff members are truly amazing. Very helpful. We especially enjoyed talking with our waiter at dinner who interested in our travels that day. I know we convinced him to go visit Monkeyland!……
