“The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty. There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. The hot tub was already warmed up when we got there (and if it wasn't, there were instructions and tips on operating it that we received upon booking) and we really enjoyed it. “The first night was Miserable! We could not get the heater turned on. I had to take batteries from the remote to get the thermostat to turn on. I text Kendra multiple times advising the heater would not turn on, she had me send her pictures of the thermostat as if I do not know how to use one.
