The charming maisonette apartment with approx. 70 m² of living space is situated in a sunny location in the district of Garmisch and impresses with its cozy country-style furnishings and a well thought-out room layout over two floors.
In the spacious living area you will find a comfortable lounge corner, an inviting dining area and entertainment with cable TV. From here you have access to the sunny, furnished balcony, which invites you to linger outside in the fresh air.
